成都东软学院是经国家教育部批准设立，由东软出资举办的民办普通高等院校。2011年经教育部批准升格为四川省第一所独立设置的民办本科高校。学校秉持“教育创造学生价值”理念构建了产教融合、面向应用的办学体制，形成了校企合作、协同共赢的运行机制，并在全校范围实施了TOPCARES一体化人才培养模式，已累计为社会培养了近5万名毕业生，人才培养质量得到了用人单位、社会各界的广泛认可。
Chengdu Neusoft University is a private institution of higher education established with the approval of the Ministry of Education of China and funded by Neusoft Group Co., Ltd. In 2011, it was upgraded to the first independent private undergraduate university in Sichuan Province with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The school adheres to the concept of "Empower Students with Innovative Education" establishing an educational system that integrates industry and teaching and focuses on practical applications. It has developed a collaborative and mutually beneficial operational mechanism through school-enterprise cooperation and implemented the TOPCARES integrated talent cultivation model across the entire campus. It has cultivated nearly 50,000 graduates who have been widely recognized by employers and society for their quality.
学校学科专业涵盖工学、管理学、艺术学、文学、医学5个学科门类，设有计算机科学与技术（省级一流本科专业）、软件工程（国家级一流本科专业）、数字媒体技术等特色专业，重点培育人工智能、大数据技术与应用、智能医学工程等新兴交叉学科。学校创新打造“双师型”师资队伍，师资团队由企业工程师与高校学者组成，实施理论与实践并重的双元教学。同时，学校通过国际化合作网络，与多国高校开展师生交流、联合培养及科研协作，拓宽师生全球视野，同时积极开展来华留学教育，吸引20余个“一带一路”共建国家留学生，构建起多元文化交融的国际化校园。
The school offers disciplines in five categories: engineering, management, arts, literature, and medicine. It features distinctive programs such as Computer Science and Technology (a provincial-level first-class undergraduate program), Software Engineering (a national-level first-class undergraduate program), and Digital Media Technology, with a focus on fostering emerging interdisciplinary fields like Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Technology and Applications, and Intelligent Medical Engineering. The school innovatively builds a "dual-qualified" faculty team, consisting of enterprise engineers and university scholars, implementing a dual-focused teaching approach that emphasizes both theory and practice. Additionally, through its international cooperation network, the school engages in faculty and student exchanges, joint training, and scientific research collaborations with universities in multiple countries, broadening global perspectives. It also actively develops international student education in China, attracting students from over 20 countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative, creating a multicultural international campus.

♦ ⌈ 留学生培养概况 International Students Admission ⌉
成都东软学院自2014年启动来华留学教育工作以来，致力于推进教育国际化进程，成为四川省第一所开展来华留学学历教育的民办高校。截至2025年2月，学校累计培养来自二十余个国家的留学生两百余人，形成了涵盖学历教育和非学历教育的多元培养体系，为“一带一路”共建国家输送了一批高素质应用型人才。
Since launching the international student education program in 2014, Chengdu Neusoft University has been dedicated to advancing the internationalization of education and has become the first private university in Sichuan Province to offer degree programs for international students. As of February 2025, the university has cultivated over two hundred international students from more than twenty countries, establishing a diverse training system that encompasses both degree and non-degree education. This has provided a batch of high-quality applied talents to countries along the "Belt and Road" initiative.
在学历教育方面，学校立足信息技术领域学科优势，开设软件工程、电子商务两大全英文授课本科专业，创新实施“理论+实践”双轨培养模式，强化学生专业能力与跨文化适应力。
In terms of degree education, the university leverages its disciplinary strengths in the field of information technology, offering two fully English-taught undergraduate majors: Software Engineering and E-Commerce. It innovatively implements a "theory + practice" dual-track training model to enhance students' professional abilities and cross-cultural adaptability.
非学历教育则以“语言筑基-文化感知-专业提升”为培养主线，涵盖汉语培训、短期访学及文化交流项目，助力留学生夯实语言基础并深度感知中国文化。
For non-degree education, the university follows the training theme of "Language Foundation - Cultural Perception - Professional Enhancement," which includes Chinese language training, short-term study tours, and cultural exchange programs. These programs help international students build a solid language foundation and deeply perceive Chinese culture.
办学十二载，学校累计培养百余名国际毕业生，多名学生被卡耐基梅隆大学（全美计算机学科Top1）、清华大学、中国科学技术大学等QS200顶尖学府录取为研究生。
Over twelve years of running the programs, it has trained more than a hundred international graduates, many of whom have been admitted as graduate students to top universities ranked among the QS200, such as Carnegie Mellon University (the top university in the United States for computer science), Tsinghua University, and the University of Science and Technology of China.
