宜宾职业技术学院是由宜宾市人民政府举办，四川省人民政府教育行政部门主管的全日制综合性普通高等职业院校。学院始建于1934年，拥有92年的办学实践和历史积淀，是“国家示范性高等职业院校建设计划”骨干高职院校，教育部高职高专人才培养工作水平评估“优秀”院校，农业农村部、教育部“全国乡村振兴人才培养优质校”，全国职业院校第二批数字校园试点建设院校，教育部信息化标杆院校建设单位。学院设有11个二级学院，现有全日制在校生1.5万余人，教职员工787人，其中专任教师720人，高级职称比例26.3%，博士74人（含在读），硕博士研究生教师比例57%。
Yibin Vocational and Technical College is a full-time comprehensive higher vocational institution established by the Yibin Municipal People's Government and administered by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education. Founded in 1934, the college boasts 92 years of educational excellence and a rich academic heritage. It is recognized as a key institution under the “National Demonstrative Higher Vocational Colleges Construction Plan” and was rated as an “Excellent in the Ministry of Education's Evaluation of Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges”. Additionally, it has been designated as a “National High-quality Institution for Rural Revitalization Talent Cultivation” by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Education. The college is also a pilot institution for digital campus construction and a benchmark institution for informatization under the Ministry of Education . The college comprises 11 secondary schools, with a current enrollment of over 15,000 full-time students. It has 787 faculty and staff members, including 720 full-time teachers, with 26.3% holding senior professional titles, 74 possessing or pursuing doctoral degrees, and 57% holding master's or doctoral degrees.
学院始终秉持开放办学理念，按照“聚焦四川南向开放、锚定澜湄区域国家、发挥职业教育优势、服务中资企业需求”的总体思路，积极推进“随企出海”。牵头成立“成渝地区双城经济圈－澜湄区域职业教育合作联盟”；与老挝巴巴萨技术学院共建“酒都工坊老挝分中心”，依托中心的中老轨道交通人才培养项目入选“中国－东盟高职院校特色合作项目”；国际合作案例《小切口服务中老铁路，大平台助力澜湄合作》成功入选《中华职业教育发展报告》典型案例库首批案例名单。学院正努力构建“立足宜宾、辐射西南、全国一流、国际水平”的开放发展格局，坚定不移向建成现代职业院校迈进。
Upholding an open education philosophy, the college follows the overarching strategy of "focusing on Sichuan's southward opening-up, targeting Lancang-Mekong region countries, leveraging vocational education strengths, and serving the needs of Chinese enterprises abroad". It actively promotes the "enterprise-led global expansion" initiative. The college spearheaded the establishment of the "Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle—Lancang-Mekong Region Vocational Education Cooperation Alliance." and collaborated with Pakpasak Technical College in Laos to establish the "Jiudu Workshop Laos Branch", with its China-Laos Rail Transit Talent Development Program selected as a "China-ASEAN Vocational Colleges Special Cooperation Project." Additionally, its international cooperation project "Small Initiatives for the China-Laos Railway, Large Platforms for Lancang-Mekong Cooperation" was included in the first batch of exemplary cases in the "China Vocational Education Development Report" case repository. The college is committed to building an open development framework that is "rooted in Yibin, serving the Southwest region, nationally top-tier, and globally competitive", steadfastly advancing toward the goal of becoming a modern vocational institution.

♦ ⌈留学生培养概况 International Students Admission⌉
♦ （一）基本情况
学院成立国际学院，全面负责留学生招生、教学、管理等工作。自2019年启动招生以来，累计招收留学生700余人，现有在校留学生440人。一方面，学院积极服务中老铁路建设及相关产业发展，整合优势专业资源，招收培养铁道信号、国际物流、机电一体化、畜牧兽医、食品检测5个专业留学生。另一方面，积极服务老挝中资企业人力需求，与太阳纸业老挝公司（老挝最大的中国制造企业）合作开展留学生培养，通过“2+1”订单班模式，构建了“就业-招生-培养”的联动机制，累计为该企业培养急需人才92人。
♦ （一）General Overview
To enhance the management and academic experience of international students, the college has established an International College, responsible for admissions, academic programs, and student affairs. Since the launch of its international student program in 2019, the college has enrolled over 700 international students, with 440 currently studying on campus. The college actively supports the China-Laos Railway project and related industries by integrating its specialized resources to offer five key programs for international students: Railway Signal Automatic Control, International Logistics Management, Mechatronics Technology, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, and Food Inspection and Testing Technology. Additionally, to meet the workforce needs of Chinese enterprises in Laos, the college has partnered with Sun Paper Laos Co., Ltd. (the largest Chinese manufacturing enterprise in Laos) to implement a "2+1" order-based training program. This initiative has established a seamless "employment-enrollment-training" mechanism, successfully training 74 highly sought-after professionals for the company to date.
♦ （二）就业情况
学院留学生培养质量不断提高，就业率持续提升，现已成为老挝中资企业的重要人才储备基地。截至目前，三届毕业生中已有40余人入职老中铁路公司，其中多数担任铁路运营核心岗位工作。企业表示，“学院是为其输送员工最多的中国院校之一。” 2024年11月，学院成功举办“一带一路”中资企业专场招聘会，吸引新希望集团老挝分公司、老挝力度矿业等10余家知名企业参与，用人单位高度评价学院留学生培养质量。迄今2025届毕业生中已有30人获得中资企业录用通知，提前半年签订就业协议。
♦ （二）Employment Outcomes
With continuous improvements in its training quality, the college has become a key talent hub for Chinese enterprises in Laos, with graduate employment rates rising steadily. To date, 40 graduates have joined the Laos-China Railway Company, with most holding core operational positions. The company recognizes the college as "one of the leading Chinese institutions supplying skilled employees." In November 2024, the college successfully hosted the "Belt and Road Initiative Chinese Enterprises Job Fair", attracting over 10 renowned companies, including New Hope Group Laos Branch and Lao Lidou Mining. Employers highly praised the caliber of international students trained by the college.As of now, 30 students from the Class of 2025 have already secured job offers from Chinese enterprises, signing employment contracts six months before graduation.
♦ （三）课余活动
为丰富学生的留学生活，促进学生全面发展，学院积极组织开展留学生课外兴趣活动和比赛。在人文交流方面，举办“泼水节庆祝活动”“中国传统文化作品展”，传播中国文化，促进民心相通。学术实践方面，成立“中老产业联动发展研究社”，促进中老学生共话产业未来。技能培养方面，多名留学生参加四川省国际教育中文大赛、“中文＋物流职业技能”国际赛、四川省中华经典诗歌诵写讲演等比赛，累计斩获省级以上奖项36项。
♦ （三）Extracurricular Activities
To enrich international students' campus life and promote their holistic development, the college actively organizes extracurricular activities and competitions. In cultural exchange, events such as the "Songkran Festival Celebration" and the "Traditional Chinese Cultural Exhibition" are held to share Chinese culture and foster mutual understanding. In academic practice, the "China-Laos Industrial Linkage Development Research Association" was established to facilitate discussions on industry development between Chinese and Lao students. In skill development, many international students have participated in competitions such as the Sichuan Provincial International Education Chinese Language Contest, the International "Chinese + Logistics" Vocational Skills Competition, and the Sichuan Chinese Classic Poetry Recitation Competition, collectively winning 36 provincial-level or higher awards.
