中国—东盟中医药文化国际传播基地（以下简称“基地”）由成都中医药大学承建，是经四川省教育厅批准的国家级中医药文化传播平台。作为四川省唯一的“中国—东盟教育培训中心”，基地以弘扬中医药文化、培养国际化人才为核心定位，集“文化体验、教育、科研、医疗、贸易”五大功能于一体，面向东盟及“一带一路”沿线国家开展深度合作，年接待能力达300人次的参访与实践活动。
The China - ASEAN International Communication Base for Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture (hereinafter referred to as the "Base") is constructed by Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a national - level platform for the dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture approved by the Education Department of Sichuan Province. As the only "China - ASEAN Education and Training Center" in Sichuan Province, the Base is centered around promoting traditional Chinese medicine culture and cultivating international talents. It integrates five functions: "cultural experience, education, scientific research, medical services, and trade", and conducts in - depth cooperation with ASEAN countries and those along the Belt and Road. It has an annual reception capacity of 300 visits and practical activities.
♦ 一、建设定位与目标 Construction Orientation and Goals
基地致力于打造“高层次中医药文化传播与医疗人才培养中心”，依托成都中医药大学“双一流”学科建设资源，重点推进中医药文化的标准化、国际化传播。通过“标准化课程输出+本土化人才培育”的双轨模式，为东盟国家培养掌握中医药诊疗技术及文化传播能力的复合型人才，并为中药产业链国际化提供规范化术语、检测标准及市场准入支持。基地已联合泰方编撰《泰中英三语中医药术语词典》，推动东南亚中医药术语体系标准化。
The Base is committed to building a "high - level center for the dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture and the cultivation of medical talents". Relying on the "Double First - Class" discipline construction resources of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, it focuses on promoting the standardized and international dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture. Through a two - track model of "standardized curriculum output + local talent cultivation", it aims to cultivate compound talents in ASEAN countries who master traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment techniques and cultural communication skills. It also provides standardized terms, testing standards, and market access support for the internationalization of the traditional Chinese medicine industry chain. The Base has jointly compiled the "Thai - Chinese - English Trilingual Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Terms" with Thammasat University in Thailand, promoting the standardization of the traditional Chinese medicine terminology system in Southeast Asia.
♦ 二、核心举措与特色项目 Core Measures and Featured Projects
1. 智慧化教学平台：开发“云上成中医·E-learning CDUTCM”远程系统，提供中英双语授课视频、在线答疑及教学督导功能，覆盖中医诊疗技术、养生康复等60余门核心课程，惠及东盟学生及民众超万人次。
1. Smart Teaching Platform
The "Online CDUTCM·E - learning CDUTCM" remote system has been developed. It provides bilingual (Chinese - English) teaching videos, online Q&A, and teaching supervision functions. It covers more than 60 core courses such as traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment techniques, health preservation and rehabilitation, benefiting over 10,000 ASEAN students and the public.
2. 海外本土化教育：开展中医学、针灸推拿学专业本科学历教育，并针对东盟需求开设职业教育课程（如针灸师认证），累计培养本土师资800余人。
2. Overseas Localized Education
The Base conducts undergraduate degree education in traditional Chinese medicine in English and offers vocational education courses (such as acupuncturist certification) tailored to the needs of ASEAN countries. It has trained more than 800 local teachers in total.
3. 沉浸式文化体验：设计“中药材溯源之旅”“中医诊疗实践”等主题活动，组织学员深入川产道地药材种植基地、药厂等机构，年均举办20场次文化交流。
3. Immersive Cultural Experience
Eight themed activities such as "Traceability Tour of Chinese Medicinal Materials" and "Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment" have been designed. Students are organized to visit authentic Chinese medicinal materials planting bases, pharmaceutical factories and other institutions in Sichuan. On average, 20 cultural exchange activities are held annually.
♦ 三、建设成果与示范效应 Construction Achievements and Demonstration Effects
目前，基地已形成“留学成中医”教育品牌，累计吸引东盟学生超1200人，与东盟国家签署中医药教育合作协议10项。
At present, the Base has formed the educational brand of "Study at CDUTCM", attracting more than 1,200 ASEAN students in total. It has signed 10 cooperation agreements on traditional Chinese medicine education with ASEAN countries.
作为全国中医药文化国际化的标杆平台，基地将持续输出“中医药+文化外交”创新经验，助力中医药成为东盟教育体系、医疗卫生体系的重要组成部分。
As a benchmark platform for the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine culture in China, the Base will continue to output innovative experiences of "traditional Chinese medicine + cultural diplomacy", helping traditional Chinese medicine become an important part of the education and medical and health systems in ASEAN countries.
