2、详细介绍 Detailed Introduction
《天府农耕文化—读写》课程开始于2019年，开设在第4学期，共计64学时，其中理论学时40，实践学时24，授课对象是成都农业科技职业学院来华留学生。课程以“讲 好中国故事”为 指引，立足学校农业特色与专业优势，从古蜀文明、饮食、服饰、民居、艺术、农业、对外交流等方面系统向留学生展示天府农耕文化。学校教师团队编写并出版数字教材《天府农耕文化》，教学资源丰富立体，建有超星学习平台和华侨学院“走近天府·共话农耕云平台”等在线课程资源。课程采用项目化教学，提升留学生汉语文本精读、文化对比写作与跨文化传播能力，引导留学生深度认知天府农耕的智慧、历史价值及当代应用，实现“知华友华、知蓉友蓉”情感认同，融入“走出去”中资企业故事，培养“知企融企”跨文化沟通素养，赋能留学生成为中华文明的解读者，中外交流的践行者、企业本土化的桥梁，最终锻造兼具汉语竞争力、文化亲和力、职业适配力的国际化技术技能型人才。
The course was launched in 2019 and offered in the fourth semester, with a total of 64 class hours, including 40 theoretical hours and 24 practical hours. It is designed for international students at Chengdu Agricultural College. Guided by the principle of "telling China's stories well", the course leverages the agricultural strengths and professional expertise of CAC to systematically present Tianfu farming culture to international students through ancient Shu civilization、cuisine、 clothing、vernacular architecture、art、agriculture and foreign exchanges. The faculty team developed and published the digital textbook“Tianfu Farming Culture", providing rich and multi-dimensional teaching resources.Online platforms such as Chaoxing Learning Platform and Tianfu Farming Culture Cloud Platform support the course. Adopting the project-based teaching approach, the course enhances international students' skills in Chinese text reading、comparative cultural writing and cross-cultural communication. It fosters in-depth understanding of Tianfu farming wisdom、historical value and contemporary applications, cultivating emotional identification with "knowing and befriending China and Chengdu". By integrating stories of Chinese enterprises expanding abroad, the course nurtures cross-cultural communication competencies in "understanding and integrating into enterprises". Ultimately, it empowers international students to become interpreters of Chinese civilization、practitioners of Sino-foreign exchanges and bridges for enterprise localization. Ultimately the course strives to nurture international technical and skilled talents with Chinese language proficiency、cultural affinity and professional adaptability.

2、详细介绍 Detailed Introduction
课程负责人张天华副教授，现任成都农业科技职业学院国际教育学院教管办主任，主要研究方向为大学英语教学、对外汉语教学和教育教学管理。曾获国家留学基金委奖学金公派赴澳大利亚昆士兰理工大学和英国阿伯丁大学访学，在英国阿伯丁大学孔子学院担任汉语志愿者教师。教学团队来自成都农业科技职业学院国际教育学院教师，均具有硕士研究生学历学位，年富力强，教学经验丰富。
Associate Professor Zhang Tianhua, the course director, currently serves as the director of the Teaching Management Office of the International Education Department of Chengdu Agricultural College. His main research areas include college English teaching, teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and educational administration. He has been awarded scholarships by the China Scholarship Council to study at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia and the University of Aberdeen in the UK. He also served as a volunteer Chinese language teacher at the Confucius Institute of the University of Aberdeen. The teaching team is composed of teachers from the International Education Department of Chengdu Agricultural College, all of whom hold master's degrees and are young、energetic and experienced in teaching.
