《茶艺实务》为旅游管理专业核心课程，休闲农业与经营管理、酒店管理与数字化运营等专业拓展课。
Tea Art Practice serves as a core curriculum for the Tourism Management major and functions as a professional extension course for majors such as Leisure Agriculture and Business Management, as well as Hotel Management and Digital Operation.

《茶艺实务》紧扣人才培养目标，以典型工作任务为驱动，融入茶艺师职业标准，采用理实一体的项目化教学模式。课程以社会主义核心价值观为引领，有机融合中华优秀传统文化教育，依据OBE成果导向理念，创设“学生—茶艺学徒”双身份学习路径，贯穿职业情境，遵循职业成长规律。课程内容构建为“入茶境、塑茶人、辩茶品、布茶器、演茶艺、接茶客”六大渐进式模块，对应“茶艺认知、茶艺实践与茶艺创作”三层能力阶梯，推动学生实现识茶、懂茶、泡茶、爱茶的知识提升，完成从“茶艺入门者”到“实习茶艺师”的能力跨越，并内化“感受传统文化、自觉文化传播、提升文化自信”的思政素养。
Closely aligned with talent training objectives,Tea Art Practice is driven by typical work tasks, integrates the occupational standards for Tea Art Specialists, and adopts a project-based teaching model that combines theory with practice. Guided by Core Socialist Values and organically integrating education on excellent traditional Chinese culture, the course adheres to the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) philosophy. It establishes a "Student—Tea Art Apprentice" dual-identity learning pathway, immerses students in vocational scenarios, and follows the laws of professional development.The course content is structured into six progressive modules: "Entering the Tea Realm, Shaping the Tea Professional, Distinguishing Tea Varieties, Arranging Tea Utensils, Performing Tea Art, and Receiving Guests." These correspond to a three-level competency hierarchy of "Tea Art Cognition, Tea Art Practice, and Tea Art Creation." This structure facilitates students' knowledge enhancement in identifying, understanding, brewing, and appreciating tea, achieving a capability leap from "Tea Art Novice" to "Intern Tea Specialist." Furthermore, it internalizes the ideological qualities of "experiencing traditional culture, consciously propagating culture, and enhancing cultural confidence."
课程至今已在学银在线平台开课七期。课程累计浏览量超百万次，选课人数超八千，具有显著影响。已制作微课视频70余个，课程资源100余个，总时长800余分钟，题库1500余题，2022年获省级课程思政课程、教育部智慧助老优质课程，2023年立项省级精品在线开放课程及四川省首批来华留学生精品课程。
To date, the course has been offered for seven sessions on the Xueyin Online platform. With over one million cumulative views and an enrollment exceeding 8,000 students, it demonstrates significant influence. The course resources include over 70 micro-lecture videos and more than 100 course materials, totaling over 800 minutes, along with a question bank containing over 1,500 items. In 2022, it was recognized as a Provincial Ideological and Political Demonstration Course and a High-Quality "Smart Assistance for the Elderly" Course by the Ministry of Education. In 2023, it was established as a Provincial High-Quality Online Open Course and was included in the first batch of High-Quality Courses for International Students in Sichuan Province.

《茶艺实务》课程教学团队由校内教师与企业行业专家共同组成。课程负责人叶春近副教授，现任成都农业科技职业学院休闲旅游学院副院长。于2016年获全国教学能力大赛一等奖，2018年、2023年以茶艺为主题参加教学能力大赛获四川省三等奖。主持省级、市级课题十余项，多次获得省市级社会科学优秀成果奖。团队成员曾获评四川省茶艺大师、湖北省技术能手、成都市教坛新秀、温江工匠，并且领衔区级茶艺技能大师工作室，具备丰富的行业经验与扎实的教学功底。
The teaching team consists of both on-campus faculty and industry experts. The course director, Associate Professor Ye Chunjin, currently serves as the Vice Dean of the School of Leisure and Tourism at Chengdu Agricultural College of Science and Technology. She won the First Prize in the National Teaching Capability Competition in 2016, and the Third Prize in the Sichuan Provincial Teaching Capability Competition in 2018 and 2023 with the theme of Tea Art. She has presided over more than ten provincial and municipal research projects and has received multiple provincial and municipal Outstanding Achievement Awards in Social Sciences. Team members have been honored with titles such as Sichuan Provincial Tea Art Master, Hubei Provincial Technical Expert, Chengdu Rising Star in Teaching, and Wenjiang Craftsman. Furthermore, they lead a district-level Tea Art Master Skills Studio, possessing extensive industry experience and solid teaching foundations.
