This course is a specialized elective for the major of Modern Agricultural Technology (for international students). The prerequisite courses for this course are Plants and Plant Physiology and Plant Growth Environment.

本课程是种子生产技术、种苗繁育、设施农业等专业核心课程的前期预备课程,为该专业学生今后从事组培快繁岗位(该课程重点面向的岗位)、良种繁育岗位和作物栽培管理岗位(后续可晋升高级技师进行技术指导岗位)、病毒识别与检测等职业岗位必须具备的植物组织培养过程、试管苗驯化与移栽、工厂化育苗生产等相关知识,识别并判断组培过程中常出现的污染、褐变和玻璃化三大现象,掌握植物脱毒技术等方面的技能,以便采取相应的措施来解决实践中遇到的问题。
This course serves as a foundational prerequisite for core courses,such as Seed Production Technology, Seedling Propagation, and Facility Agriculture. It provides students with essential knowledge and skills for future careers in fields such as tissue culture and rapid propagation (the primary focus of this course), elite seed propagation, crop cultivation and management (with potential advancement to supervisory roles as senior technicians), as well as virus identification and detection. The curriculum covers topics including the plant tissue culture process, acclimatization and transplantation of test-tube seedlings, and industrialized seedling production. Students will learn to identify and assess common issues in tissue culture, such as contamination, browning, and vitrification, and master plant virus elimination techniques to address practical challenges effectively.

本课程负责人韩春梅教授,长期从事植物相关教学与科研,近三年主讲《植物组织培养》等多门专业课程,覆盖学生千余人次,承担实验教学及实习指导,累计指导学生百余人。主持院级教改、精品在线课题及省科技厅、凉山州等各级科研课题,主研省级思政课程团队项目,曾获全国、省级职业院校教学类多项奖励,教学经验丰富、科研能力突出,成果丰硕。
Professor Han Chunmei, the course leader, has long been engaged in teaching and scientific research related to plants. Over the past three years, she has taught multiple specialized courses, including Plant Tissue Culture, covering over a thousand student enrollments. She has also been responsible for experimental teaching and internship guidance, having supervised more than a hundred students in total. She has led various teaching reform and high-quality online course projects at the college level, as well as scientific research projects at different levels, such as those funded by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Liangshan Prefecture. Additionally, she has played a key role in a provincial-level ideological and political course team project. Professor Han has received numerous national and provincial teaching awards from vocational institutions and is recognized for her extensive teaching experience, outstanding research capabilities, and fruitful achievements.
本课程拥有一支实力雄厚的教学团队,授课教师均来自成都农业科技职业学院农学园艺学院,涵盖院长、专业带头人等骨干力量,研究领域聚焦植物组织培养、作物遗传育种、种苗工厂化繁育等方向。团队主持多项各级教改及科研课题,包括省科技厅应用基础研究项目、市厅级科研课题、院级教改与精品在线课题等;发表多篇核心及国家级论文,拥有多项发明专利、实用新型专利,培育多个植物新品种,主编参编多部教材。团队成员荣获全国职业院校信息化教学大赛、教师教学能力大赛等多项国家级、省级奖励,多次获评优秀教师、优秀指导教师,兼具扎实的教学功底、突出的科研能力和丰富的实践指导经验,教学成果丰硕。
This course is supported by a highly capable teaching team. All instructors are from the College of Agronomy and Horticulture at Chengdu Agricultural College, including key members such as the dean and academic program leaders. Their research focuses on areas such as plant tissue culture, crop genetics and breeding, and industrialized seedling propagation. The team has led numerous educational reform and scientific research projects at various levels, including applied basic research projects from the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, municipal and departmental-level research projects, as well as college-level teaching reform and high-quality online course projects. They have published multiple core and national-level papers, hold several invention and utility model patents, have cultivated multiple new plant varieties, and have served as chief editors or contributors to several textbooks. Team members have received numerous national and provincial awards, such as the National Vocational Colleges Informatization Teaching Competition and the Teacher Teaching Ability Competition. They have also been recognized multiple times as Outstanding Teachers and Outstanding Instructors. Combining solid teaching skills, outstanding research capabilities, and extensive practical guidance experience, the team has achieved substantial teaching outcomes.
