This course provides international students with a systematic introduction to China's laws, regulations, and practical achievements in protecting children's rights and interests through all English teaching. The course team is composed of experts with rich teaching experience and international perspectives, dedicated to cultivating students' cross-cultural understanding and legal practice abilities. This course adopts diverse teaching methods, including lecture based teaching, interactive teaching, project-based learning, and flipped classroom, to help students gain a deeper understanding of China's legal spirit and implementation mechanisms in the field of child protection. 《中国儿童权益保障法律体系概论》课程致力于培养来华留学生对中国国情的全面了解，包括中国的历史、地理、社会、经济、文化以及政治制度和外交政策，使其认可中国文化和制度，理解中国社会的主流价值观和公共道德观念，并形成良好的道德意识和法制观念。课程聚焦于中国儿童权益保护法律体系的构成与实践成果，让来华留学生了解中国在推动世界儿童权益保护方面所做出的贡献，在国际上传递儿童权益保护工作的中国声音。通过扎实的法学理论知识和学科思维范式的培养，使学生在中国儿童权益保护法律体系的某一个研究领域取得一定成就。学生将具备独立从事相关科学研究的能力，并能灵活运用所学实践成果，解决留学来源国在儿童权益保护领域的重要现实问题。为世界培养具有包容、认知和适应文化多样性的意识、知识、态度和技能，能够在不同民族、社会和国家之间的相互尊重、理解和团结中发挥作用的国际留学生做出贡献。

The course Introduction to the Legal System for the Protection of Children's Rights and Interests in China aims to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of China's national conditions among international students, including its history, geography, society, economy, culture, political system, and foreign policy. It aims to help them recognize Chinese culture and system, understand the mainstream values and public morality of Chinese society, and develop a good moral and legal awareness. The course focuses on the composition and practical achievements of China's legal system for the protection of children's rights and interests, allowing international students to understand China's contributions in promoting the protection of children's rights and interests worldwide, and to convey the voice of China in the protection of children's rights and interests internationally. By cultivating solid theoretical knowledge of law and disciplinary thinking paradigms, students can achieve certain achievements in a certain research field of China's legal system for protecting children's rights and interests. Students will have the ability to independently engage in relevant scientific research and be able to flexibly apply the practical results they have learned to solve important practical problems in the field of child rights protection in the country of study abroad. 1、概述  Overview

课程负责人：李海梅，现任成都理工大学文法学院党委书记，教授，主要研究方向为儿童权益保护，长期从事儿童社会学、儿童社会工作和少年司法教学与研究。

Course Director: Haimei Li is a professor and secretary of the School of Law, Chengdu University of Technology. Her main research direction is the protection of children's rights and interests. She has long been engaged in the teaching and research of children's sociology, children's social work and juvenile justice.

《中国儿童权益保障法律体系概论》课程教学队伍由8人组成，其中主讲4人，辅助教学4人，教授2人，具有海外学习经历3人，具有博士学位6人。8名教师分别毕业于四川大学、北京大学、云南大学、韩国江原国立大学、仁济大学、美国休斯顿大学等所属的法学专业和社会学专业，平均年龄41.8岁。教学团队知识结构、学缘结构、年龄结构、配置情况合理，是一支教学能力优势明显的教师团队。年均留学生师生比为1:1。

The teaching team of Introduction on the Legal System of  Children's Rights Protection in China is composed of 8 people, including 4 speakers, 4 assistant teachers, 2 professors, 3 people with overseas study experience, and 6 people with doctoral degrees. The eight faculty members graduated from Sichuan University, Peking University, Yunnan University, Gangwon National University, Inje University, and University of Houston in law and sociology, with an average age of 41.8. The teaching team has reasonable knowledge structure, learning relationship structure, age structure and configuration, and is a teacher team with obvious advantages in teaching ability. The annual student-teacher ratio is 1:1.
