本课程自2011年起连续13年面向来华硕士及博士研究生开设,采用全英文小班教学模式。课程内容深度整合集成电路发展前沿,涵盖半导体器件物理、建模技术、片上无源/有源电路设计等核心模块,并重点引入毫米波集成电路理论与设计方法,以应对现代通信系统对高速率、超宽带芯片的需求。依托电子科技大学电子科学与技术A+学科的雄厚基础及国家级创新引智基地平台,课程创新性地采用构思-设计-实现-运作(CDIO)工程教育理念,构建“理论讲授-虚拟项目-仿真实践-产业化导向”一体化培养体系。通过高师生比的小班教学、线上线下融合互动、以及从基础器件到系统级的两大设计实践项目,课程着力培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力、创新思维及产业化视野。课程强调产学研用深度融合,引导学生关注行业动态与市场需求,致力于为全球集成电路产业培养具备坚实理论基础、卓越实践能力和国际竞争力的高层次专业人才。
This course has been offered for international master's and doctoral students for 13 consecutive years since 2011, adopting a full-English, small-class teaching model. The curriculum deeply integrates cutting-edge developments in integrated circuits, covering core modules such as semiconductor device physics, modeling techniques, and on-chip passive/active circuit design, with a particular emphasis on millimeter-wave integrated circuit theory and design methods to meet the demands of modern communication systems for high-speed, ultra-broadband chips. Leveraging the strong foundation of UESTC's A+ discipline in Electronic Science and Technology and the platform of the national-level Innovation and Talent Recruitment Base, the course innovatively employs the Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate (CDIO) engineering education philosophy to construct an integrated training system of "theoretical lectures - virtual projects - simulation practice - industrialization orientation." Through small-class teaching with a high teacher-student ratio, online-offline blended interaction, and two major design practice projects ranging from basic devices to system-level, the course focuses on cultivating students' abilities to solve complex engineering problems, innovative thinking, and industrial perspectives. The course emphasizes deep integration of industry, academia, research, and application, guiding students to pay attention to industry trends and market demands, and is committed to cultivating high-level professionals with solid theoretical foundations, excellent practical skills, and international competitiveness for the global integrated circuit industry.

本课程拥有一支国际化、高水平、梯队合理的教学团队。负责人吴韵秋教授具有丹麦技术大学博士后经历,教学经验丰富。团队核心成员包括外籍杰出青年教授康凯,以及多位拥有海外知名院校(如美国哥伦比亚大学、普林斯顿大学、新加坡南洋理工大学等)留学或工作经历的教授与副教授。团队10名教师中,90%拥有博士学位,80%为45岁以下青年教师,学缘结构多元,并专门配置了学术前沿指导、电路仿真指导及助教岗位,确保小班教学的高质量师生互动(师生比约1:1.5)。团队成员长期深耕集成电路科研一线,取得丰硕学术成果,并将前沿研究融入教学。团队持续进行教学改革,成功探索并实践了CDIO与本硕博贯通的培养模式,致力于打造产学研用紧密结合的特色精品课程。
This course is supported by an international, high-level, and well-structured teaching team. The course director, Professor Wu Yunqiu, has postdoctoral experience at the Technical University of Denmark and rich teaching experience. The core team includes foreign distinguished young professor Kang Kai, as well as several professors and associate professors with study or work experience at prestigious overseas institutions (such as Columbia University USA, Princeton University USA, Nanyang Technological University Singapore, etc.). Among the 10 faculty members, 90% hold doctoral degrees, 80% are young teachers under 45 years old, with diverse academic backgrounds. The team is specifically configured with positions for academic frontier guidance, circuit simulation guidance, and teaching assistants, ensuring high-quality teacher-student interaction in small-class teaching (student-teacher ratio approximately 1:1.5). Team members have long been deeply engaged in frontline integrated circuit research, achieving abundant academic results and integrating cutting-edge research into teaching. The team continuously conducts teaching reforms, successfully exploring and implementing a CDIO and integrated undergraduate-master-doctoral training model, committed to creating a distinctive high-quality course closely integrated with industry, academia, research, and application.
