课程介绍  Introduction ⌉

课程讲述新时代中国取得的伟大成就,通过“讲好中国故事”引导外国留学生了解中国道路、中国模式和中国话语,向学习者展现新时代中国全貌。课程还以客观视角阐释中国全面依法治国背景下的法律法规。

This course narrates the great achievements China has made in the new era, guiding foreign students to understand the Chinese path, the Chinese model, and Chinese discourse through “telling China’s story well,” and presenting learners with a comprehensive view of China in the new era. The course also explains the laws and regulations under China’s comprehensive rule of law from an objective perspective.

课程向留学生系统介绍当代中国的基本国情,包括历史、文化、政治体制、经济发展现状、社会结构;同时介绍留学生在华学习、生活、工作密切相关的基本法律法规,希翼留学生具备运用法律知识维护自身合法权益、履行法定义务的初步能力。课程要培养留学生跨文化理解与适应能力,增强对华友好感情;树立在华期间的法治观念、安全意识和诚信意识,自觉遵守中国法律与校纪校规,促进中外文化交流。

The course provides international students with a systematic introduction to the basic national conditions of contemporary China, including history, culture, political system, current economic development, and social structure; at the same time, it introduces the basic laws and regulations closely related to studying, living, and working in China, aiming for international students to acquire preliminary abilities to use legal knowledge to protect their legitimate rights and interests and fulfill legal obligations. The course aims to cultivate international students' cross-cultural understanding and adaptability, enhance their friendly feelings towards China; establish the concepts of rule of law, safety awareness, and integrity during their stay in China, consciously comply with Chinese laws and school rules and regulations, and promote cultural exchange between China and foreign countries.

 

♦ ⌈ 课程负责人及团队介绍  Lectures and Teams

曾利,硕士,副教授,留学回国人员,主要从事思想政治教育,作为主研参与国家社科基金、教育部项目3项;作为项目负责人承担厅级项目13项;出版著作6部(独著2部,一作1部),独立或以一作发表论文15篇。

团队成员中法学专业4人、英语教育专业1人、汉语言文学专业1人,实现了多种学科交叉融合的教师结构;团队成员教授1人,副教授2人。教学团队成员分别毕业于西南财经大学、英国伯明翰大学、河北大学、北京师范大学、电子科技大学、四川师范大学等名校,取得了相应的研究生或本科学历,博士、硕士等学位。本教学队伍中,学缘结构合理,大都具有法学或语言文学的研究生学历,充分实现了国情教育与法律法规的充分融合。

Zeng Li, Associate Professor and Master's degree holder, is a returnee from overseas studies whose primary focus is ideological and political education. She has participated as a key researcher in three national-level projects, including those funded by the National Social Science Fund and the Ministry of Education. As a project leader, she has undertaken 13 departmental-level projects. She has published six academic works (including two as sole author and one as first author) and independently or as first author published 15 research papers.

The team consists of four members specializing in law, one in English education, and one in Chinese language and literature, forming an interdisciplinary faculty structure. The team includes one professor and two associate professors. Members of the teaching team graduated from renowned institutions such as Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, University of Birmingham (UK), Hebei University, Beijing Normal University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Sichuan Normal University, holding corresponding graduate or undergraduate degrees, including doctorates and master’s degrees. The team features a reasonable academic background structure, with most members holding graduate degrees in law or language and literature, effectively integrating education on national conditions with legal and regulatory instruction.
