成都纺织高等专科学校是四川省政府举办的公办全日制高等职业院校，是国家示范（骨干）高职院校、国家优质高等职业院校、国家“双高计划”建设单位，是全国普通高校中华优秀传统文化传承基地、中国非物质文化遗产传承人群研修研习培训计划执行院校。

学校占地1100余亩，有犀浦、邛崃2个校区，有全日制本科生500余人、专科生11000余人。2020年以来，学生参加全国竞赛获奖70余项，参加省级竞赛获奖1300余项。

学校有教职工900余人，其中国家知名学者和荣誉称号获得者8人、全国技术能手6人，有国家级教师团队1个、国家技能大师工作室2个。有二级学院（教学部）12个，技能本科专业5个、专科专业45个，国家级高水平专业群1个和国家级重点专业7个；是国家自然科学基金依托单位，有省级重点实验室、研究中心3个，主办的《纺织科学与工程学报》是RCCSE中文权威学术期刊、中国科技核心期刊。

学校牵头成立国家级职教集团西南纺织服装职业教育联盟、“一带一路”国际艺术教育联盟等合作育人平台10余个，建成国家级、省级培训基地8个，招收老挝、孟加拉、乌兹别克斯坦等15个国家的留学生约800名，举办中英、中意合作办学项目，主办的“一带一路”国际文化艺术周已成为四川教育国际交流品牌活动。

Chengdu Textile College is a public, full-time higher vocational institution under the sponsorship of the Sichuan Provincial Government. It is a National Demonstration Higher Vocational College, a top-tier national higher vocational institution, and a key member of the "Double-High Plan" initiative. The college also serves as a national base for the inheritance of China's outstanding traditional culture within general higher education and is an executing institution for the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Training Program.

Covering an area of over 1,100 acres, Chengdu Textile College operates across two campuses: Xipu and Qionglai. There are more than 500 full-time undergraduates and over 11,000 students in vocational programs. Since 2020, its students have won more than 70 national awards and over 1,300 provincial-level awards in various competitions.

Chengdu Textile College employs over 900 faculty and staff, including 8 nationally renowned scholars and recipients of honorary titles, 6 national technical experts, 1 national-level teaching team, and 2 national skill master studios. It offers 12 departments (teaching divisions), including 5 bachelor’s degree programs and 45 associate degree programs. It also hosts 1 national-level high-level professional cluster and 7 national key disciplines. The college is a partner institution of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and houses 3 provincial-level key laboratories and research centers. Its journal, Journal of Textile Science and Engineering, is an authoritative academic publication recognized by RCCSE and a core journal in Chinese scientific and technological research.

Chengdu Textile College spearheads the establishment of over 10 collaborative educational platforms, including the National Vocational Education Group Southwest Textile and Apparel Vocational Education Alliance and the "Belt and Road" International Art Education Alliance. It operates 8 national and provincial-level training bases and currently enrolls around 800 international students from 15 countries, including Laos, Bangladesh, and Uzbekistan. Additionally, the college runs joint educational programs with institutions in the UK and Italy. The college’s "Belt and Road" International Cultural and Art Week has become a signature event for international educational exchange in Sichuan.

♦ ⌈留学生培养概况International Students Admission⌉

学校自2013年开始招收国际学生至今，已累计招收留学生逾800人，国别涉及老挝、孟加拉、巴基斯坦、俄罗斯、摩洛哥等16个，开设三年专科学历教育、一年国际汉语进修及弹性学制的技艺技能工作坊培训，专业涉及纺织服装类、建筑工程类、物流管理类、艺术设计类等约40个。同时，自建《手工印染和数码印染》、《蜀锦蜀绣》、《手工编织》、《手工旗袍定制》等23门国际交流特色课程，作为选修课，为国际学生提供“中文+职业技能+中国传统非遗文化技艺”的课程设置，定期开展国际学生“中文+”研学。学校高度重视留学生培养，从校级顶层设计到二级学院落地实施均建立了完备的工作机制，出台《成都纺织高等专科学校外国留学生管理办法》、《成都纺织高等专科学校外国留学生奖学金管理办法》等制度，提供留学生奖学金，设置专门的岗位，配备专门的管理及工作人员，形成校院联动，协同推进的大工作格局。建成海外嫘祖学院，建立海外实训基地，打造走出去企业教学点，联合地方、整合走出去企业资源，形成“专业教师+管理专员+企业导师”三师国际化团队，满足留学生多样化学习需求，有效保障留学生培养质量。学校成为塔吉克斯坦教育部第一批来华留学基地，“丝路心相通 ”非物质文化遗产人文交流基地，授牌“中非教育合作与人文交流优秀单位”，是中国教育部中欧人文交流计划实施单位、中阿“10+10”文明对话领域中方院校，多次获得四川省高等教育学会来华留学生管理分会留学生教育管理工作先进单位，多个留管教师获得先进个人称号。

Since the school began to enroll international students in 2013, it has cultivated more than 800 international students from 16 countries including Laos, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Russia, Morocco, etc. The school offers three-year college education, one-year Mandarin language curriculum and flexible technical skills workshop training, with about 40 majors including textiles and clothing, construction engineering, logistics management, art design, etc. In the meantime, the school has developed 23 special courses for international exchanges, such as "Hand-made Printing and Digital Dyeing", "Shu-Brocade and Shu-Embroidery", "Hand-made Weaving", and "Hand-made Qipao Customization", as elective courses, to provide international students with a course setting of "Mandarin + Vocational Skills + Traditional Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Skills", and regularly conduct "Chinese +" research and study for international students. The school attaches great importance to the education of international students. From the top-level design at the school level to the implementation of the secondary schools, a complete working mechanism has been established. The "Chengdu Textile College International Student Management " and "Chengdu Textile College Foreign Students Scholarship Management" and other management systems have been issued and regulated to provide scholarships for international students, set up special positions, and assign special management and staff to form a large working team of school-college linkage and coordinated promotion. The school has built up an overseas Leizu College, established an overseas technical training base, created a teaching point for enterprises going global, and united local and integrated the resources of enterprises going global to form an international team of "professional teachers + management specialists + enterprise mentors" to meet the diverse learning needs of international students and effectively guarantee the quality of international student training. The school became the first batch of study bases in China of the Ministry of Education of Tajikistan, the "Silk Road Heart to Heart" intangible cultural heritage humanities exchange base, and was awarded the "Excellent Unit for China-Africa Education Cooperation and Humanities Exchange". It is the implementing unit of the China-Europe Humanities Exchange Program of the Ministry of Education of China, and the Chinese institution in the field of the China-Arab "10+10" civilization dialogue. It has been awarded the advanced unit of international student education management by the International Student Management Branch of the Sichuan Higher Education Society for many times, and many teachers in international student management have been awarded the title of advanced individuals.
